Ronald W. Pelton M.D., Ph.D. is a native of Benton, AR. He has lived in Colorado Springs, CO and has been in solo practice in oculoplastics since 2000. Dr. Pelton graduated from Vanderbilt University Medical School, Nashville, TN and subsequently completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. Dr. Pelton is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Pelton is affiliated with all hospitals located in Colorado Springs, CO including the Memorial Hospital System as well as the Penrose - St. Francis Medical System. Dr. Pelton is also affiliated with several outpatient surgical centers including the Surgical Center at Premier, The Surgery Center at Printers Park and United Ambulatory Surgery Center.
